The pool is definitely the best part of the hotel; the jets and thermal water stand out. The staff were friendly, especially at the front desk, and they even arranged gluten‑free bread for me. The hotel needs some updates and renovations (some normal wear‑and‑tear signs). I must point out that the soundproofing was very weak; you could hear everything from other rooms. The front desk, while not bad, felt a bit under‑powered for a four‑star property.
