I cancelled my stay upon arrival and they accepted the cancellation without any penalty. I cancelled because the photos they display are completely different from reality, they are false images of the hostel, so I cancelled but arrived late at night and asked if I could stay for the night so I could sleep; for that one night they charged me $10, which was higher than the listed price for the girls' dormitory.
