Location near Kapit market. Room 308 was unsatisfactory: the sink was leaking, the room was dusty, the glass was soiled, and the door was difficult to open, requiring a kick. Significant improvements are needed, especially regarding cleanliness and door repair. Tq

The place was clean and tidy overall, and I didn't have any complaints.

The room was spacious enough to fit a large family.

It sits right in the heart of Kapit town with plenty of cafés downstairs, and the price is quite cheap; the staff are friendly. However, the reception layout forces you to bend over to see the staff, the bathroom floor feels like concrete which I personally dislike when stepping in, and the TV only offers Astro Basic channels, all of which are Malay channels.

The location is good, but the hygiene doesn’t look convincing.
