The place was clean and the staff were organized and friendly. The bed was comfortable and there was free parking nearby. The downside was the private bathroom being outside the room and the breakfast was terrible and needs a complete overhaul.

The location in the town centre was perfect. The room was really small and had no air conditioning, and the breakfast was minimal.

Being close to the Maiella park attractions and having a helpful owner were positives. The room was tiny with a low ceiling, the kitchen was not available for lunch or dinner – it was only open for breakfast and that wasn’t mentioned before – and it was shared with other guests. The breakfast was extremely limited, just a basket with the essentials.

The host was kind, the rooms were clean, and the location was strategic. The steep stairs to reach the room, the low ceiling, and the breakfast with packaged snacks were drawbacks.

The place was very welcoming and clean, the owner was always available, and it’s a spot I’d recommend. The only issue was that there was just one… the shared bathroom was the only one, but everything else was perfect thanks to that.
