The property and location are excellent. The service and availability are the best in the world! Everything is impeccable and the breakfast is superb with many choices. Massimo and Salvatore are amazing, super attentive and friendly. The best stay in Naples!

The early check‑in and handling of our luggage were all handled kindly. The replies to messages were quick. It would be even better if there were a balcony.

Massimo and his father were with me throughout my stay, looking after me as a guest, so I can’t give them a better rating. 100 % recommended.

We had a great stay at B&B Mitilini. The place is very clean and welcoming and offers all the necessary services. The owner Massimo and his dad were very kind and hospitable. Every morning they prepared breakfast for us and were available for any request.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed staying here! The location is close to every major sightseeings, such as: San Carlo Theatre, Castel Sant'Elmo, city centre, also close to the harbour (if you plan to visit any island) and so on. This location is really worth it!
