We booked the cheapest room, expecting the place to be soundproof, but it was completely false; the room was under a road and above the reception, so we couldn't sleep all night because it was so noisy that we left the next day for another hotel and cancelled the second night. We tried contacting the booking customer service at the time but received no help or response, so we had to sort it out ourselves.

We loved it and keep it as a reference for future stays. The room was excellent, fully equipped and clean. The mattress was super comfy, the pillows were a bit more personal. Then Ferrán, a super friendly and helpful guy, was there. I felt it was in an excellent spot near everything for walking, and the price was great.

The welcome was excellent, the place was very clean, the breakfast great, the location superb, and the bedding extremely comfortable. However, the courtyard view turned into a wall view, and a tobacco smell drifted into the room.

The room was really clean, very convenient, and the bed was comfortable and soft. The bathroom was also clean, the location was good, and the center was nearby. The country isn’t large and the city is small, so everything is close.
