Sunprime C‑Lounge’s location is great – about a 30‑minute drive from Gazipaşa‑Alanya airport and roughly 5 km from Alanya centre, so it’s easy to shop or grab a coffee. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly. The room had a welcome drink, a snack tray of local treats and a fruit basket – a truly lovely gesture. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was soft and there were pillows of various sizes and firmness; if one feels short, an extra pillow is ready in the wardrobe. Coffee and tea can be brewed in‑room and the fridge is regularly stocked with both mineral and tap water. Soft beach towels can be taken daily from the spa to the beach. Since the peak tourist season had ended, the beach loungers were still nicely available by the pool and the beach. The hotel gym is well equipped with various training equipment. There’s also bottled water and towels, and you can take an apple if you wish – a very sweet and thoughtful detail. The pastry and ice‑cream shop is run by lovely English‑speaking staff whose service is exceptionally kind and heartfelt. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options were varied. The food was genuinely tasty and the service was quick, friendly and attentive. The lobby bar had live music every evening, soft lamb chops and fantastic waiters who were great at matching your drink and taste preferences. The evenings were truly pleasant and cozy. I liked that smoking was not allowed everywhere on the property, but there were designated smoking areas. As a non‑smoker, I would only suggest having a designated smoking area on the beach so all guests can enjoy it comfortably. The beach experience was ruined by smoking and the unpleasant and obstructive style of the lifeguard. Also, some guests had taken the beach chairs on the pier as early as 7 am, so later arrivals didn’t have equal access.

The cleaning was perfect, every evening had live music, the staff were very friendly! What we missed at a hotel of this level was that the bathroom only had a sink and a single‑dose shower – at this standard, even small toiletries could have been provided.

The hotel is compact and great! The room is clean, all amenities are present. The mattress is flat, there are two pillows (one tall, one short). The food is tasty and varied. The staff are friendly. There are a lot of sun loungers, both at the pool, at the beach and at the pier – a huge plus.
