The spot was close to the centre and the initial larger ensuite upgrade was a nice touch☺️ A blonde staff member—sorry I forgot her name—was very friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. However, there was no TV signal, so I switched back to the original smaller room on the second night to accommodate a family, which was helpful. The sauna that came with the room was padlocked and unusable, and the staff who moved me had no idea how to unlock it. The TV still didn’t work. The table in the room had a thick sticky residue, and the remote was stuck to it. Fresh tobacco ash was on the small rug. The bathroom was shared between genders, so I was surprised to see an older man in his underwear after the shower. Handheld showers replaced overhead ones. I couldn’t eat in the room, and the tiny kitchenette was tucked into the corner of the hallway between rooms.
