The building is tidy and the room is neat, with water and coffee available in the room. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is adequate. A little morning noise can be mitigated by bringing earplugs, after which the issue disappears.

The stay was fantastic! The room was beautiful, well‑maintained, and very welcoming. Every corner was spotless and the location made it easy to move around. A special thanks to Guido and Roberta for their exceptional kindness and availability—they even let us leave our luggage after check‑out, a very useful service we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

The location is good, near Tiburtina station, but the towels were unclean and had a strange odor from the start, and they were never replaced in three days. The air‑conditioning unit was dirty (set to 40 °C), causing a blocked nose and breathing problems throughout our stay; the symptoms vanished on the day we checked out.

The place is clean, quiet, and close to the station, but there is no reception staff.

The place had just been fully refurbished and everything was top‑tier; it stayed quiet and spotless. The staff were very helpful and always reachable by phone or text. The apartment itself had one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and was part of a cluster of three or four similar units, each with its own key, sharing a common entrance, hallway, and a small cuisinette. That setup felt safer, and even though other guests could have been noisy it never happened. The spot is a bit removed from Rome’s tourist crowds, tucked into a local neighbourhood that’s safe and full of bakeries and authentic eateries where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The downside was that the apartment was about 45 minutes from Rome’s centre, making it a bit of a hassle to hop back and forth downtown twice a day. There’s no balcony or impressive view, but natural light pours in plenty.
