We were handed a disabled room instead of the one we requested, and we would have left if we hadn’t already paid. The room was damp, with a large mop in the corner presumably for post‑shower cleaning. The sink was tiny, there were no blinds on the windows—just frosted glass—and the bedroom had a Velux window with no cover, letting daylight spill in. An elderly man at reception seemed reluctant to be there. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly.
