On the one hand, the hotel's commitment to Islamic values was refreshing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, my experience was marred by several issues, including a dirty bathroom that required me to rinse the shower before use, an air conditioner that failed to cool the room effectively, and the constant barking of a nearby dog.
