The atmosphere and concept of the hotel, the air conditioning, and the reception staff’s customer service were very friendly throughout our stay, and there is private parking for private vehicles; but the bed, though comfortable for sleeping, was very squeaky and felt old, the TV was not a smart TV and channel programming was poor, and you couldn’t even watch YouTube—this is something that should be improved today if you’re charging 166.000 COP for a night, since most hotels in Barranquilla offer smart TVs for Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, and other apps; another detail about the room we were given (103) was that it didn’t have a minibar, yet the reception staff were kind enough to put water and other liquids in the café refrigerator; the Wi‑Fi signal for guests could be upgraded to 5G because it feels like the signal drops when browsing the internet from a phone or laptop.
