The spot is spot on, just a few minutes from the station, and the gentleman in the afternoon was super friendly, handing out train maps and key tips, plus suggesting stops to hit on the return journey – I’d definitely book there again. The breakfast was a bit plain; adding a few eggs would have helped, but it’s fine for the price and the staff are all very friendly.

The breakfast was good, with great milk and ham, and the room was clean and had everything you need. The place is ten minutes from the station, which is fine for a woman with a suitcase. I just wish it were closer to the station.

I liked the room’s view overlooking the Adda, and the breakfast was excellent – especially the cake they bake themselves, a must‑try. The internal stairs feel a bit dated.
