The location is superb, the staff are caring and very proactive with insider tips, the hotel exudes charm, the rooms are lovely and the breakfast is excellent as well, but the Wi‑Fi connection leaves something to be desired.

A charming little hotel right in the center of Florence, right next to everything. The staff were fantastic, always ready with helpful tips and directions. The rooms feel modern, with nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and decent tech. We spent three weeks in Europe as a family of five and this place probably gave us the best bang for our buck. The basement has a lovely small wine cellar where you can serve wine by the glass in a beautifully furnished sitting room. The only downside was the lift – it’s small, but that’s normal in Europe.

3rd time and we counting. The best location near the train station and all the main landmarks. Nice rooms, clean and comfy. Excellent stuff. Overall awesome experience. Definitely recommended. Plus one for the air conditioning that helped us stay alive on an extreme hit wave of 41 Celsius. Thank you once again. Nothing to report

“最高のホスピタリティ”

This was my second stay; the location is great for strolling around the city, but the staff’s service was even more impressive. I left my phone in a taxi by mistake, and the team never showed any irritation; they patiently and persistently tracked down the cab, handled the communication, and arranged for the phone to be returned to me. Losing a phone abroad is a nightmare, and I thought it was gone for good, yet they made it happen. Their hospitality and problem‑solving were outstanding, and even though I don’t want to make such a mistake again, I’ll only stay here when I return to Florence. My gratitude goes to all the staff.
