They’re thugs; they located their hotel from Singapore and I was looking for hotels near the Singapore airport and it appeared. I was exhausted from the trip, had to pay, and realized it was a hotel in Malaysia. I sent a message to ask for a refund, they didn’t do it. In short, they’re scammers on Booking – be careful.

Not good, better find another hotel; their staff are angry and the room is a budget one and smells.

I had no liking for the property. I booked this hotel, but the receptionist said my booking wasn’t in the system, so I couldn’t stay, and she asked me for a refund, but it seemed I couldn’t get the refund because the hotel didn’t give permission. Please give me back my refund.
