The location was great—just another Spanish Steps away and very walkable to the sites. The staff was always reachable and breakfast was good each day. The bed was comfortable and gave a good night’s sleep; it was nice to have an actual king without the split middle. There is room for improvement in the facilities given the high price point, and although the space was clean, it still left a lot to desire.

I didn’t use the service because I always left early for breakfast. The hotel is in the busiest, central area. There’s no point in walking here on Sunday—there are too many people. It’s safe. There is no permanent reception, but everything could be solved.

The spot was spot on, the staff were amazing, and the room was spotless and cozy. The complimentary walking tour they ran was also fantastic.

I loved our short stay here. In the heart of town, near the Spanish Steps but it wasn’t noisy. Interesting to stay in a luxe neighbourhood! Room was small but comfortable- bed was excellent. Bathroom was bigger than I expected, with excellent water pressure. Interesting colourful wallpaper and furnishings which made the small room look cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient, but if you need to share the table with other guests it could feel crowded. The staff went above and beyond to take care of guests- much appreciated! Note that even though there’s an elevator, there are still some steps to negotiate. The steps going to the elevator could be a challenge for older people or folks with mobility issues.
