The apartment sits in a stunning master house by the river, with a lovely terrace overlooking the Trotter. The village itself is genuinely charming, and the welcome was very warm. However, the road from Gap runs right across the front and brings a fair amount of noise, especially from motorcycles and trucks.

The loft‑style apartment is complete with excellent facilities, and the view is beautiful, even of the Roman Bridge. The garden is a highlight, offering shared toilets, a bar, and a small pool, plus a short river that runs past the property. There were no negatives.

The accommodation is stylish, clean, and comfortable, situated in a wonderful location. The only drawback is the many stairs, but that’s part of the charm of this historic property.

The spot is perfect, right in the middle of Nyons yet peaceful. One side opens onto the river for nature lovers, while the other side is the bustling city center with shopping streets. The décor is tastefully done, and the renovated old house is gorgeous. The owners are charming, discreet, and attentive when needed. There were no issues.
