The area is great, just a few steps from the city’s main streets, the breakfast is good and varied, parking is available but not enough for all guests.

The room was fine overall, but the air conditioner was right above the bed and the window facing the main street had no screen, so mosquitoes flew in freely.

We chose this hotel because of its strong reviews, location and free parking. Our one‑day stay started promisingly, but the problems began once we entered the room. The room was tiny for three people, with no wardrobe or even a floor to open suitcases. The double bed was very narrow and as hard as if we were lying on a board covered with a blanket. Wifi was terribly slow, almost unusable. The bathroom wall was almost completely moldy. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, so we had to open the window to avoid suffocating. That made it impossible to sleep because outside there was constant noise, people shouting, and the garbage truck in the morning. We also didn’t receive a comforter, which is apparently not offered at this hotel. I woke up cold and was given some dirty blankets. I don’t understand how this hotel gets such high ratings; they must be buying them, I see no other explanation.

“Otel Helen”

The hotel’s central location and parking were very convenient for me. The staff and cleanliness were good. I think everything was fine. My wife and I were very satisfied with Hotel Helen, which we chose. We would visit again and recommend it to friends in Çanakkale and to your hotel. THANK YOU!
