I liked the location, very close to the train station and the German settlement; the place was clean and had everything in the room, including a smoking balcony. I highly recommend it. The only disappointment was that the description mentioned an elevator, but there was none; with luggage and no storage in the room, I had to carry it, which was unexpected and a bit hard.

The hotel sits right in the center with plenty of bars, restaurants, etc.; the area is noisy, but the rooms have good soundproofing.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old City, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and pubs. The area is lively and full of life, with many entertainment spots within walking distance. The train station and the Carmel station are nearby, making it easy and convenient to reach all parts of the city. The room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable, and we felt very at ease there. A great place for anyone who wants to enjoy the atmosphere of Haifa and be close to everything needed. Highly recommended!

The room was nice but could have used a deeper clean; they left us water, a small cake and chocolates in the fridge, which was a sweet touch. The location gets a bit noisy at night with parties and a restaurant nearby, not ideal for someone who likes quiet, and the outdoor area is somewhat dirty, apparently due to municipal issues.
