The hotel was very clean, and the coffee maker, fridge, and microwave were all present, but it felt old and outdated.

The spot was convenient, but the building looked shabby and unclean.

The place felt old and dated yet stayed tidy and cozy; the key system was analog, no electronics. Still, it was very outdated and poorly maintained.
