Convenient to Capitola village, free parking was handy. The desk man was helpful and polite. Kids liked the free cookies upon arrival. The view from our room looked at the bins, and the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was poor.

Pool and hot tub, free breakfast, friendly front desk. We were on the second floor and people above us made a lot of noise at night.

The spot is great, but it gets noisy and the pool/hot tub is too small; another family was using it, so it couldn't accommodate another group.
