The guest had a pleasant stay at the hotel, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the host. The host's genuine efforts to be helpful and accommodating greatly enhanced the guest's experience. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Our stay at this hotel was a disappointing experience, despite its promising location. The property's poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness were major issues, and the presence of three mischievous cats only added to our frustration. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver on its price promise.
