The hotel is on the quieter side of Florence, next to a park, close to the highway. The breakfast is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the parking in front of the building is a big plus. In summer the pool and spa were a great extra, but this season they’re not available. The pool still offered a great view as a backdrop for the morning. From the room you could see a nice view of the mountains and the park. Small maintenance issues were present, but they weren’t disruptive.

The standard structure is suitable for tourism, especially since it offers a place to stay at night, and the services match the facilities. The room is standard, the cleaning is fine, but the bathroom is well done while we Italians miss a toilet that doesn’t provide tourist tests. Apart from that everything is fine.

Breakfast was decent and fairly complete, but the outdoor pool was out of service and right in front of the breakfast room, though it was green because it hadn't been treated; it might be better to cover it out of season. The bed was large and comfortable. Small details show that the once‑luxury property isn’t kept up to the same standard anymore: there are no towel hooks by the sink, and the Geberit bidet only worked partially.
