The place looks gorgeous and the amenities are top‑class. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. The only downside was that the AC in our room wasn’t very strong, probably because the unit is far from the bed and the door is a window, so a whole wall of the room is windows that let in sunlight during the day; we felt quite warm at night.

The design is beautiful, there are two great pools, the air conditioning works well, and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant food is a bit average, which is typical of Lombok compared to Bali.

The accommodation is very aesthetic and a bit off the street, so we heard neither street noise nor the mosque chants. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom looks great, but at night many mosquitoes come in through the open shower, and because the bedroom door has a large gap, they also flood the room.
