The location is good, the same street has nice restaurants, there’s a coin‑operated laundry with a washer and dryer, and the staff are kind. The place isn’t clean: we found dirty sheets and asked for a change, which they did, but the new ones were still unclean. The rooms are along the corridor, so all the noise makes it hard to fall asleep, and the bed is uncomfortable. The bathroom is fine with hot water.

I booked a room for two, but we were first given a third‑floor room. While we were climbing the stairs, a male Indian staff member saw that my friend, who is on the heavier side, was struggling, and he kindly upgraded us to a triple room on the second floor without any hassle. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and thoughtfulness. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. This was my second stay here, and once again, it was wonderful. Thanks to the hotel team, especially the staff member who helped us with such professionalism and care. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is centrally strategic during the week, with many conveniences, especially eateries within walking distance. The mattress and bed are comfortable. They provide prayer mats for Muslim guests, but there’s no marked direction for the qibla. The room’s cleanliness was poor: trash was found under the bed, the curtains were dusty and had flies, and there were limited plug points.
