The location and breakfast were positives, but the room was extremely small, the bed was tiny, and the noise level was high.

The staff were young and very helpful; we had booked a double room but were given a quadruple, so it was very spacious. The cleaning was excellent, though the carpet in the room was in some places very worn and dated. Breakfast was good, mostly salty items but also some sweet options (I would have liked croissants). The free coffee and tea available all day was much appreciated. The Wi‑Fi was great. The location was fairly good and seemed safe; it was convenient for the central train/bus station, less so for the historic center (though there are tram stops nearby), but a 30‑minute walk to Marienplatz and other parts of Munich was not a problem for us. The carpet in the room and the shower curtain (even though I’ve read that they are replacing it with a shower box) were issues, and the pillows were too soft. The location might be inconvenient for some.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and fortunately one of the receptionists spoke Spanish! The kitchen was inside a wardrobe; I only recommend using it for infusions, because cooking something there fills the whole room with odor.

Top location. Good breakfast. Some repairs were needed and to be fair were under way
