“Clean, adequate for our purpose, and convenient for transport.”

The place was clean, the bed was firm but comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. The location is very good and fairly cheap for being near central Milan. No one was there to check us in, but after a 15‑minute wait an apologetic woman with very little English appeared. They claim English is spoken, but it was really only the cleaner who was very helpful. The bathroom needs an upgrade: an unsealed pipe dripped into the shower; the shower leaked onto the floor; the cabinet wasn’t securely fixed to the wall; and there was no plug in the sink.

The price was pretty reasonable, but there were broken doors in the shower cabin and the shower water leaked badly.

“Super miejsce, na krótki pobyt, dla miłośników chodzenia.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they welcomed us warmly. The room was large, the bathroom was big, and even had a balcony. It was cleaned and fresh towels were replaced. The location is okay if you don't mind walking about 10 minutes to the nearest metro; we walked 20‑25 minutes to Milano Centrale on foot. The pillows were uncomfortable, some towels were a bit dirty, and the walls seemed paper‑thin so we could hear everything happening at the reception downstairs, which made it hard to sleep.

“Une bonne chambre pour une étape”

Acapulco has no common areas (no lobby, no lounge) and no breakfast. Our room was on the first floor and didn't face the street. It was large, very clean, recently renovated, and the shower area was the same. Bright, with two windows in the room and one in the shower. Air‑conditioned, the bedding was immaculate. Located between Milan Centrale and Milan Lambrate stations, the hotel is fairly accessible; we walked 30 minutes with a suitcase from the central station and 10 minutes from Loreto metro. A good choice for a stopover.

“было норм, больше не вернусь ! конфеты на рецепции супер ! персонал прекрасный”

The lady at reception was sweet. The room was clean, and the bed and towels were changed daily, but it looked like a psychiatric ward, and the soundproofing was terrible with blinds that made us feel like we were in a basement. Still, it was nice 🩷.
