Mr. Petrucio at the front desk was super helpful right from the start. The beach is close to the shops, and the spot is perfect if you want a quiet getaway. At night there's a whole truck lit up that makes for a cool visual. The only gripe: we wish they'd leave a broom and a shovel in the room so we could sweep out the sand and dust that always finds its way in.

The AC in the room was a lifesaver during the heat, and we three fit fine in the small space. Mr. Petrucio and the caretaker were on hand for everything we needed, and the self‑check‑in/out made things smooth. On the downside, the minibar is tiny, there's no outlet on the upper floor where the single bed is, and the ladder for the bunk is a bit narrow. A few wall shelves would help, and the terrace could use a stove and fridge – bring your own utensils if you plan to cook.

I liked the privacy and the family‑friendly vibe. The only downside was that the parking is uncovered, which can be a hassle in bad weather.

The place was clean and the kitchen had a microwave, and it's close to Maranduba beach. The room was tight and small, and the bathroom and external sink were pretty bad.
