I liked the location, but the food was very expensive and the bar was pricey. On the day I arrived, I had booked a room with two double beds, but they gave me a standard room. After checking my booking again, they changed it, but the first receptionist handed me the wrong room and then said they would switch it the next day. If you book something, they shouldn’t change it.

The place is in a great spot, but it’s a bit noisy.

The hotel is traditional with a small pool area and is close to the beach. I had asked earlier if a room was available, but the staff on site gave a curt reply that no rooms would open until 15:00. More information about the hotel’s services could have been provided up front.

The location and staff were great, especially when they celebrated my birthday by giving me a beautiful cake, a bottle of champagne, and a maid who carried the cake. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was average.

The hotel has been updated and that’s visible. Room 53 sits directly above the stage area, so it was very noisy until midnight. The food wasn’t as good as it had been on previous stays.
