We stayed in Vienna for one night and the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and on a quiet street; we had a minor issue with the air conditioning but it eventually worked, and the receptionist who greeted us was lovely.

The breakfast left nothing to wish for – only premium, hand‑picked items were served, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The booking was straightforward and we received useful information beforehand. Great service overall!

The hotel’s old‑house charm and the fact that the lift was unnecessary because you can just walk down the stairs were nice. Breakfast was cozy, always water, coffee, cookies, and cake available, and the staff were very pleasant, spoke good English, and remembered your preferences. Everything else was fine.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The bathroom suffered from poor ventilation and an unpleasant odor; the shower cubicle could use a wall shelf for toiletries.

朝食が最高！朝からシャンパン頂けて丁寧でおいしくて。ランチでも外で食べたら20ユーロどころじゃないので朝しっかり食べて観光できました！とってもオシャレで今まで食べた中で1番心に残りました。 スタッフの方も皆さん優しくて丁寧でとても居心地よかったです！. バスルームが少し狭かった
