Breakfast was a “buffet” and the spa is included in the stay price. In my opinion, the hotel is more suited for a short local getaway. We had a standard room that felt more like an economy: no fridge, no desk, the towel dryer didn’t work. The windows faced the road, so sleeping with the window open was impossible because of constant noise. Sound insulation also leaves something to be desired. Kitchen 6/10, Location 6/10, Sound insulation 5/10, View of the mountains from the restaurant 9/10. The SPA has a Finnish sauna and a hammam. The jacuzzi is quite noisy. There was a big lack of green area where you could sit in fresh air, read a book and enjoy nature. Unfortunately this time the holiday did not meet expectations. Great views are an unquestionable plus, but I missed overall comfort and coziness. I’m not planning to return yet.

Excellent location in the city center. The Deluxe room was new, spacious, clean, I liked the designer renovation, great view, good plumbing, fridge, and cosmetic kits. Unmatched breakfast and very tasty food for lunch and dinner at the restaurant. I especially want to note flawless work at the reception! I was in Verkhovyna for business and the hotel arranged an early check‑in and late check‑out so I could visit all state offices to resolve my issues! Highly recommend!

Very convenient location, it was warm and comfortable, the pool impressed me, good spa. I wish there were a small fridge in the room.
