“The location is great for access to Logan airport.”

We stayed in two different rooms in the past three weeks and the second room was apparently remodeled and much nicer than the first. Our first room seemed much older and not as nice for the same price

“Good quality and comfy bed in a convenient location to airport.”

Good sized room with extremely comfortable bed. Good quality items in bathroom and handy shop to buy snacks. Reasonably priced restaurant with good quality food. Staff were very helpful too. Noise from the train at night, but that’s not on the hotel but something to be aware of

“Nightmare on Everett street.”

It is convenient to Logan. It is a Hilton property. We arrived shortly after midnight and ran into serious issues not usually encountered in Hilton properties. We were given room keys to a room, and the keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. They reissued the keys and we went back to the room. The key still didn’t work. As we jiggled the door handle wondering if we were doing something wrong, a person responded from inside the room – it was already occupied. We returned to the front desk and told them, so they gave us a different room – one they were sure nobody was in. We went to the room, and found the bed unmade and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We called another hotel but they were fully booked. We tried to check other Hilton properties, but since it was past midnight, the website would not allow us to search for a room for that night. So we went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. At this point, it was past 1 am.

The pillows were too large and overly squishy, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
