“Great value for the money, especially if you have business in the Burlington or Mount Vernon area”
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the super helpful and polite staff. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds that made for a restful sleep, as the noise level was remarkably low. However, I did notice that the carpet and some public areas could use a bit of an upgrade, and the signage on the side street could be more illuminated. Overall, it was a good experience with just a few minor areas for improvement.
“It was exact what we needed and a good value”
I chose this hotel for its location and price, which was a bit of a compromise for me. While it was conveniently located in a busy area, I personally prefer more secluded spots. Despite this, the location worked out okay, and the price was reasonable.
“Comfortable and Friendly”
I enjoyed my stay, thanks to the very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The availability of free laundry facilities was also a nice touch. My only disappointment was that the coffee machine wasn't working, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
I was somewhat disappointed with my stay, particularly with the state of the kitchen and room. The kitchen light was malfunctioning, and the bed was positioned too close to one wall, making it feel cramped, plus it wasn't a queen-sized bed as expected. To make matters worse, the carpets were dirty, which was really frustrating given the lack of effort to clean them.
“Necessary travel room, but would not recommend unless you have no other choice”
I was impressed with the spacious room, which seemed designed for longer stays, complete with a living room and kitchenette. The lady at the reception desk was also very friendly, which added to the positive experience. However, I was taken aback by the high price, especially considering the lack of certain amenities like easily accessible ice machines and complimentary breakfast.
