I stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua for 5 nights and had a really great stay. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen so many smiling staff in one place. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The resort itself is extremely clean and very well looked after. You constantly see staff cleaning, tidying and maintaining the property, and it really shows. The rooms are modern, fresh, comfortable and kept in excellent condition. My only issue was that my first room faced the road and it was quite noisy at night, enough that I struggled to sleep. I mentioned it to the front desk and they moved me to a much quieter room straight away, no questions asked. That was fabulous service. Also, if you’re deciding whether to include breakfast with your booking, do it. You won’t regret it. It was definitely worth having. I stayed at three different hotels during this Bali trip. The others were great as well, but Holiday Inn genuinely surpassed my expectations and raised the bar very high. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nusa Dua. My only tip would be to ask for a room that doesn’t face the road if you’re a light sleeper. I’d happily stay here again

Every single thing about our stay was awesome! The pools were amazing, housekeeping was prompt, the rooms were quiet, and the bed was easily the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Most importantly, Holiday Inn staff set the gold standard for hospitality. They created such a warm, positive atmosphere throughout our stay, and their sweet gesture of singing happy birthday to my son made our trip truly unforgettable. Thank you for delivering a magnificent experience, we loved every moment! I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team for delivering such an outright brilliant experience from start to finish. I loved every single second of our stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough!. A little less options in Breakfast that can be extended, but whatever you have for now is great, what I am thinking is more international options can be added at some point in time

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family, well taken care of. The food was simple but delicious. There were plenty of cool, shaded spots so we could keep the kids outside comfortably, and overall it was very clean. Breakfast was acceptable. The beach was a bit hard to swim in because of a huge construction site next to it, which affects all rooms with pool access. Unfortunately, there is no warm pool for babies.
