The owners and manager, Nino and Nukzar, were so friendly and welcoming, and the service and comfort were excellent. The hotel sits just two minutes from the beach and a pine grove, and a restaurant with soulful live music is right next door each evening—simply delightful.

We booked a room only to drop off our bags and hit the beach, but we wouldn't stay overnight. It was very dirty.

Nina and Nugzar greeted us warmly and escorted us to our room on the fourth floor, which was clean and had towels. The only downside was the loud restaurant music, but that’s only an issue if you’re trying to sleep early near the road.

The hosts and staff were friendly, the proximity to the sea was nice, and we had a kitchen in our room with plenty of cookware, decent bedding, towels, and a washing machine downstairs. The Wi‑Fi was awful; we had to either go down from the third floor to the first or try to catch a signal on the floor, and the connection in the room was almost nonexistent. We also had to ask for new pillows because they had a strong damp smell, and we’d like the owners to refresh the wall design a bit.

The main thing that makes us want to return is how good the owners are—very hospitable and warm, like home. Nugzar is responsible, honest, and ready to help with any problem at any time. The location is great, with the beach nearby and constant police, ambulance, and lifeguard presence. A meat shop (few in Ureki) delivers fresh meat every morning, and there’s a good restaurant with live music. Shops and pharmacies are close by. We recommend it for a peaceful, home‑like stay—everything is just wonderful.
