Except for the staff Jhenifer and Luciana and the recreation team, everyone else was unprepared, which was disappointing. The worst part was a woman—supposedly the owner—shutting the piano lid where my daughter was pressing a key, doing it abruptly and complaining with other staff; that was the height of ignorance.

The facilities are old and have not been maintained for a long time. The room is very bad, no air‑conditioning, terrible lighting, and horrible Wi‑Fi. It doesn’t justify the price.

The vibe here is really nice—bright, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast, though, is pretty basic and runs out quickly. A few spots in the hotel could use a touch of upkeep, but overall it’s a pleasant place to stay.
