The location, pool, authentic style, and friendly staff were great. Breakfast service was severely understaffed, the room wasn’t cleaned properly each day, there was no fridge in the room, and it was very expensive.

The location is excellent, with great views, service, and spa. The swimming pool has a beautiful view. Service doesn’t reach 4‑star hotel standards; sometimes the reception staff are rude, the room is a bit cramped, and some outlets and lights don’t work.

The whole staff were friendly and I appreciated their warmth; the outdoor pool was truly impressive. However, the rooms and corridors felt a bit too hot, so adjusting the radiators to a moderate temperature would help guests feel more comfortable.
