The hotel itself was okay, but I was very disappointed with the way the receptionist handled the issue with the bedsheet during checkout. I understand that if the bedsheet is stained or damaged during a stay, the hotel has right to inform the guest and if necessary , charged for the damage .( And did pay for that) However the way the receptionist spoke to me made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable , especially because other people were around. Before approaching a guest about an issue like this, I believe hotel staff should first make sure they have checked the room properly and then discuss the matter with the guest privately. There is professional way to handle these situations without making guests feel ashamed or as though they have done something intentionally wrong. The issue itself could have been handled much more discreetly and politely. I hope the hotel can train its staff to be more considerate and professional when dealing with guests , especially during checkout
