The rooms were clean, the staff on site were responsive, the food in the restaurant was tasty, and the breakfast was superb! The spa area was also well maintained.

Everything was incredibly cool! The place was very cozy and spotless, with many ways to spend time. I want to come again, maybe in winter for variety. Each visit reveals something new. Before my last trip a tennis court opened, and this time a pizzeria. The pizza was delicious and I liked it. The only downside was the long queue at the spa; when I booked a time, there were too many people and no free spots. It seemed like a glitch that hadn't happened before. I had to leave and return an hour later. Overall, it was great.

The staff were friendly, the room and the grounds were clean, and the amenities were convenient for visitors. They didn't warn me that the kids' room was closed or that the spa was under renovation.

The service was wonderful, the room was nice with everything needed. The spa and pools were simply amazing. The pizza at PICH is one of the tastiest in Ukraine.
