The staff are wonderful and explain everything, including directions. Everything is clean, and I’ll recommend it. I just hope the hotel treats its staff the way we guests are treated, because they have first‑class personnel.

Everything was excellent, greetings from Mexicali, Baja California. Laundry service is missing.

The location and staff attention are excellent; the facilities are clean and in good condition. Housekeeping service was outstanding, and the room amenities were perfect. The gym was in poor condition, the room‑key and elevator readers were inadequate, and the breakfast quality was bad.
