The room size and location were great. The only issue was that the hotel’s name isn’t INS Wanbei but INS Wanbo, which made it hard to find, otherwise everything was fine.

The value for money is outstanding with a stunning city view; everything about this hotel was loved and I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Chongqing. Jennie at reception was kind and very helpful, as were the other front‑desk staff. The location and facilities are superb—being in the city center with a comfortable room and a nice bed for me and my girlfriend. Thank you for the best stay of my China trip! ❤️ The only downside was that the hotel was hard to locate at first because of its name; clearer signage would help foreign guests, though the staff sent us a WeChat message that guided us correctly ♡
