“Fantastico”
Ok, but the carpet on the stairs was dirty and worn, the TV remote didn’t work and the staff didn’t replace it, and the “ballerina” light sockets were a mess.

Location fantastic right in the centre of Assisi, staff helpful, breakfast lovely with lots of choice, and no particular issues—though people with mobility problems might face access difficulties.

Great location, 7 min to the bus stop, a beautiful building, a lovely room, excellent helpful staff, and a great breakfast.
