“Nice for short stay and near the university”
Finally, a real breakfast at a small hotel after Covid.
The location and cleanliness are the strong points. The breakfast and the very cold temperature were disappointing.

The place was spotless, the staff were attentive, breakfast was good, the pool was great – definitely a place to return.
Nice hotel outside the main Tampa rush, close to the Fair grounds where I was attending a concert, and 15 minutes from nature parks for hiking. Breakfast is okay, but for the rate there should be more variety in food.

Great location! Easy on and off and to get around Tampa. Beds were comfortable, facilities were adequate, price was great. The property shows its age with repairs needed, carpet, and equipment. The air struggled to keep the room cold. Breakfast was okay; the biscuits were frozen but the sausage gravy warmed them up.
