Very nice place for a vacation. The rooms were kept in good condition and the staff were very helpful… the food was tasty, especially the pineapple rasam was remarkable… No negatives.

The staff were polite, the rooms were well kept, and the ambience was very peaceful and calm. It was good for a traditional nature getaway – the home‑style food and traditional Kerala cuisine were nice. The road leading up to the resort was muddy in the rain and our wheels spun; we had to push it, so it wasn’t a great start to our holiday. Some small things could have been improved, like providing a contact point and the Wi‑Fi password without us having to ask for it, and some remotes for AC/TVs were missing or needed batteries replaced.

The staff showed a truly caring and supportive attitude, making guests feel valued and understood. The property also boasts a stunning landscape that enhances the overall experience. The property is not very clean and contains several broken components. The electrical system is unreliable; power frequently outages but usually restores quickly, which is disruptive. One particularly severe incident occurred during the night when there was a complete power blackout for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, during this time, my wife was using the toilet, and she became very upset due to the complete darkness

The place looks stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly; they took us to see their cardamom plantations, which was a fascinating tour. The downside is the steep, unpaved path to the entrance, which can damage vehicles.
