Staff are trying to help the guests specially Mr. Mohamed , Miss Mayar , Miss Hala I didn’t like the conversation with the Engineer Mr Maher when I complained about the cold water in the 7 swimming pools of the hotel as the weather was cold and it is not possible to swim in this cold water , he replied that operating the heater will take 6-7 days which was not acceptable, then they proceeded with heating 1 swimming pool within 48 hours on the sane day of may check out and I didn’t get any benefit. 1- Food was not good and need a-lot of inspection and amendments , I got sick because of food poisoning 2 times in 4 days stay ( suffered from vomiting , diarrhea and abdominal pain ) I visited the doctor in the hotel and gave me 2 intramuscular injections to help to relieve my symptoms , light food prepared for me as I cannot eat open buffet food which was too much fatty and not healthy for my case 2- I complained about bites from midges and mosquitoes , they provided some spray and electric machine for this issues with no benefit and at the end I recognized that the issue in mattress itself and asked to change the room, they did this after checking first room and was have issue in AC and then changed again to 2nd room , they informed later that the company responsible for pets control will not be working again with them after this issues, almost they are taking the action after complaining and they didn’t have proactive plans for everything happening in the hotel 3- They have 7 swimming pools , all of them were very cold and not heated in cold weather , they have to be prepared to heat at least 1 or 2 swimming pool for their guest satisfaction and not to wait the guests to complain to do this 4- I paid a lot of money and get the expected service which is matched to the money that I paid 5- already hotel was not fully booked by guest, I noticed that there were very few rooms booked, the service expected to be excellent but I think they are not given attention to lower number of guests
