The service was terrible, the facilities were awful, I would never return, and I had problems with the managers. There was no water service, no trash cans, no one at the hotel to help, and it was horrible.

The hotel was disabled, without power, with no staff to explain my reservation, so I couldn’t even access the hotel because everything was missing. It was terrible overall.

The place scared us; no one was waiting for us at check‑in, all the lights were off, nobody knew the place, we struggled to get there, and it was even worse because it was nighttime.
