The mattresses, bathroom, and air conditioning were all good. The towels were too old and worn out.

Communication with the owner was excellent, and everything else was flawless—no problems at all.

The room was very clean and had all the essentials—an iron with its rod, a fridge, and a TV. The common areas were also very tidy and well maintained, and the back space was great for eating outside.

I found the place spotless, but I had no idea there was a shared kitchen or that we could make our own breakfast.

The property cancelled my booking 8 hours before check‑in, causing a lot of hassle and plan changes; even though they offered a free cancellation and a relocation to another hotel 10 km away, which I declined, I still think it was totally unacceptable, especially given the alleged room malfunction they cited as the reason.
