“Bom custo beneficio, mas podem melhorar pequenas coisas”
The location, convenience, and good value were all solid. The furniture was very old and the room needed a fresh coat of paint.

The air conditioning was bad, barely cooling. The neighboring apartment’s air was very noisy.
