The location was fine, but they claimed we could get a cot for the baby, yet none was in the room. I called the phone number, but no one answered.

I was utterly disappointed because the hotel never told us that the parking garage only accepts cars up to 2 meters tall, and that detail was missing from both the booking info and any pre‑arrival emails. Arriving with two kids, a dog, and luggage, we couldn’t park and had to scramble to another hotel. The staff later gave mixed answers about whether an alternative parking spot had been offered, and the overall customer service and communication were just awful.

The room was cozy and the service was excellent, and the hotel’s location was fantastic—just a few minutes on foot to the city center. The only downside was that the elevator doesn’t stop on the first floor.
