The staff were very friendly; the receptionist was very nice and the gym manager Alfred was also great. For me, only speaking English, the staff did a wonderful job.

The staff were friendly, but the room lacked any amenities.

Everything was sufficient – the selection was good.

The view from the window was great and the area was quiet. The staff were welcoming. There was no kettle or hairdryer in the room, but when we asked for a hairdryer they gave one, and they also provided dishes and a kettle. However, to get a hot shower we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to heat up.
